The owner/manager seems very friendly and understanding. I applied for a job here and had to decline an offer due to personal reasons. I haven't eaten here yet, but since the owner/manager is a good man, the rest of the staff here must be good and competent. Hence the food here must be amazing. ????
Delicious Mediterranean and Persian food. I ordered the hummus appetizer and the hummus was phenomenal and the pita bread was delicious. We also ordered the Persian baklava which had pistachios and but was cooked with some rose water which was really good. I ordered the Monday special kebab koobideh, beef, which was really tasty and came with some awesome rice and salad was delicious. The gyro is a huge serving and was quite delicious the pita bread was quite delicious surrounding the gyro. Staff was very friendly and nice. Restaurant was clean. Military discount available. Will definitely be going to again.
Delicious food, great atmosphere and good service. Pars is one of the pricier middle eastern eateries in town, but the place is a more upscale place than others in town. The kabobs are grilled perfectly and the plof is a delicious adventure with the pomegranate seeds a ruby like treasure to surprise you on every bite. Intensely satisfying, and take my suggestion: order the mint tea to help clear your palate throughout the meal.
The service was fast and friendly. The food was well prepared and the portions were of above average proportion. The Greek salad was fresh and crisp with a well balance amount of vegetables and feta cheese. The lamb was well cooked and very tasteful.
The most immersive experience I've ever had in a restaurant. My first time having Turkish coffee as well as a genuine Turkish delight to compliment. Honestly couldn't have ever been better. Still floating. I was not expecting there to be so much food on the plate. 2 people can share an entree with leftovers and with a decent appetizer 3 people could share an entree easily. I will be returning and this will be where my wife and I will be coming for our anniversary dinner.
