This is a cozy, mellow place to relax and eat.
I chose the breakfast burrito with carne and was not disappointed. All the ingredients melded nicely to have a great flavor. The prickly pear lemonade was the perfect accompaniment, tart but sweet.
The server was very kind and attentive as well.
Overall, a great experience.
The server was nice. The ranger tacos were ok, I got one of each shrimp, braised beef and chicken. The chicken tasted like canned chicken the shrimp was nothing special, the beef was the best. The soup tastes like it came out of a can.
A very pleasant experience. The Range is one of our favorite places to eat locally and it is never a disappointment. The best New Mexican food in town and a must-stop location for any family or friends visiting. On top of the amazing food and well priced portions, the staff is always warm and welcoming. The waiting staff in particular are very attentive and accommodating. I absolutely recommend this location and The Range Cafe in general for all.
Very friendly staff...the food is always very appealing to look at and tastes great. The prices are reasonable and service by all is top notch. We were there on a busy Sunday evening and was promptly attended to and the pastry counter is amazing. Would highly recommend the cream puff...but actually all their sweets are fabulous.
There are many better places to go that you get bigger portions, better food, better service. The food was good, just not worth the price. Our service was slow, and when we did ask for something we either didn't get it or had to wait a long time to get it. We did not have to wait to be seated, but everything from then on service-wise was quite slow. If you're set on going here, go ahead, but I would recommend finding somewhere else, as Albuquerque has a lot of brunch places like these, that are a lot better.
