I only get one thing here (green steak and potato) but oh man it is mastered. And consistent. Smoky, savory, HOT. Try it!

Small, quick, simple, cheap, and delicious! If you're just passing through, I recommend getting whatever is on special, you're not likely to be disappointed. Perfect place for those who like it spicy!

Tried a #7 vegetarian breakfast burrito with green chile sauce. Simple flavors melded nicely, textures were soft, chile buzz lasted a good 30 minutes afterwards. Well worth the $4 (w/tax included). Burrito Lady says her green is hotter than her red sauce: the former had smokey flavor, was chunky yet smooth, and clung to the eggs and potatoes without being runny. I bet other satisfying things come from her kitchen. There were 2 tables outside, and 2 or 3 inside. I opted for takeout. Gritty little hole-in-the-wall location, but easy on and off to Eubank near I-40. A few hardscrabble-looking folks were sitting on the parking lot near the entrance to the adjacent pet store, but they kept to themselves. I can't give this place 5 stars; Burrito Lady wasn't wearing a hair-net, she only half-paid attention to me--the only person standing at her counter--and as a result, mindlessly she prepared two items for me when I only asked for one. I paid for one, and she took the other to eat herself. I like to support local small businesses, and this checks off that box. Just expect this experience to be more like going to your auntie's than a big-box fast food joint.
