The Cheesecake Factory

We ordered food for pick up on mothers day during COVID19 drama, yeah mothers day. My husband and son went to pick up the order on the scheduled time. Understandably it was not ready (duh mothers day). They waited patiently and were told 2 cheesecake slices we ordered we not available. Again cool it's mothers day, we get it. So they wait for a bit longer to get the food, whilst watching rude people flip out about theirs not being ready. Constantly orders are being canceled and not being picked up. (What a waste of time and money for the restaurant.) After a long while a lovely lady comes to my husband and asks how long he has been waiting and informs him it will not be much longer. Cool whatever we get it. It's mothers day guys! Long story short these amazing workers GIVE us an entire cheesecake just because we are being kind patient and understanding human beings. We eat here a couple times of year and always love the food and service. Now we are even bigger fans of this place. I can't wait to go and eat here when our city opens 100%. Thank you so much to the whole team on mothers day. You all made my day amazing!

Great service, great food, a little pricey but well worth it. They were going to sit us outside but it was too cold. The manager quickly got us a table inside. The waitress was very good. She was quick to refill our drinks without us even asking, recommended dishes and desserts, and had a cheerful attitude the whole time. They even held our cheesecake while we went shopping. Overall an excellent experience. We will be back again.

Food was as amazing as the service. Just be ready for a long wait, it's worth it though.

Great bar service!! Got there at 5 on Valentine's day, planning to wait for a table at the bar. Our bartender Kevin asked if we were going to order food, and invited us to stay at the bar to eat, rather than wait. He was very personable with just the right amount of attention. It was not a pain to him to serve us drinks And food! He also offered to pack up the leftovers.

This place is awesome! I love the atmosphere it has a romantic vibe and the lighting is perfect for dates. It can be good for families also. The parking is pretty tight and the restroom is clean and doesn't smell like urine. I got a cheesecake and it taste great! It was rich and full of flavors. Definitely going to come back to try out all the flavors. The price was not bad for how good the cheesecake was and the service was excellent and very friendly. This is a spot i would definitely come back.
