Uptown Saggio's

This is the first time I’ve been at the saggios at uptown and the manager Matt was rude. Not friendly at all. Customer service was not good. The only friendly employee was this girl named Kaylee. The restaurant was clean and I like the plants they have hanging. Food was great. I think they need to work on customer service but that does come with good management.

I have been eating Saggios food for decades at their location off of Central and the food used to be delicious. It has only gone down hill at that location, but I decided to give this location a shot and I'm pleased to say that the food was delicious just like the old location used to be. My wife and I both enjoyed our food and we shared some of it with our 10 month old son who seemed to really love it. The food isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for which is good quality food. The service was great and the atmosphere is pretty good too. I do miss the atmosphere of the old location as I consider it classic and nostalgic, but I like this location too since it is much closer to my house. I plan on coming back here again and if the food is just as good I will be updating my review to 5 stars. I do recommend eating here.

We were the first ones in when it opened this morning the place was completely filthy. Night crew management did not do their job.
But damn the food was good. Sorry I didn't take pictures Of the food. I was very hungry. Manager had my table cleaned immediately.
