TOMI Sushi & Ramen

This place is always delicious! Every item has a unique flavor and experience (UMAMI). Chef Robert and his staff are detail oriented and very hospitable. Been lots of times & Definitely will be back! 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠

This new sushi restaurant is excellent! I love the sushi, the atmosphere, and the friendly customer service! We got the spicy tuna and spicy salmon roll and they were both super delicious! One very minor complaint that I have is that these sushi places assume that everybody knows how to use chopsticks and don’t provide forks unless requested, but that’s not a big deal. This is still a great sushi restaurant and it’s definitely high on my list of favorite sushi restaurants in Albuquerque, NM!

We arrived and found the waitress awaiting us at the door. She was extremely kind and attentive. The sushi chef was behind the bar and warmly greeted us as well. Very kind staff all around. We ordered the miso soup which was flavorful and enjoyable. We ordered the heart attack which had a unique flavor sweet but spicy and dripping in sauce. The Edamame was average but still tasty. The tuna salad was to die for!!! Thick tuna slabs with spicy tuna dressing mixed with a mixed green salad avocado and seaweed, definitely my favorite dish! We then had a 911 roll, balloon fiesta roll, and a spicy tuna roll. All fantastic with unique flavors. The balloon fiesta roll literally had fresh New Mexican green chile hanging out of it and was delicious! The 911 roll was mixed with a variety of flavors including green chile tempura. I’m excited to come again!!!

Cute clean environment, very friendly service. We got the miso soup & gyoza to start both were very delicious! Ordered the Duke City Roll (not deep fried) & Paradise Roll, both were amazing. Would definitely recommend, happy to have some great sushi close to us on the East side now :)

The best sushi in town! Robert is the best sushi chef I know! They have a wide variety of sushi and kitchen food, all of it is amazing 🍣🍜 if you’re looking for a regular spot come eat at TOMI sushi and ramen!
