Twin Peaks

I had such a great and fun experience! It was my first time there and my server Destiny made it very special with her amazing attitude and friendly customer service. She even recommended the New York Steak and it did not disappoint! I can’t wait to come back to try something else.

My most recent visit was sub par at best. I met a work associate to have a beer. (Mid-afternoon so not busy) The customer service was substandard. Not the worst but not the best. Maybe not being a "regular" may have been the issue? Others were being provided better customer service. Our server was on her phone with another customer and they seemed to be playing some sort of game together? No clue... It took a bit longer to place our drink order than expected. Being a General Manager of not only a restaurant but also a few hotels, this is a bad look. I hope my feedback helps your organization achieve your goals for top notch service.

Lane was amazing! She was prompt, & very professional! My boyfriend & I enjoyed our experience all the better because of her great attitude. We weren’t aware of bikini week but was glad to see the specials advertised. Service is always great & girls are always respectful as well as beautiful!

My family and I where looking for a good restaurant with quality service for dinner. Since my wife, Carol and I, are from Denver we decided to try one of our favorites, Twin Peaks, here in Albuquerque. Not only was this twin peaks up to our standards it surpassed some of our expectations from Colorado. Our server, Bianca, was attentive kind and had very good timing in anticipating our needs. She had such a kind bubbly personality she made me laugh while making my wife feel comfortable. I had the boneless wings and my wife got a club sandwich. My wife loved the sandwich and I had some of the best boneless wings I've had in a while. Our food came out hot and on time, all while this place was packed! Bianca made sure to keep checking on us and making our drinks where topped off. Overall awesome experience, would definitely recommend to friends and family . And we will definitely be back to visit this quality establishment. The beer was ice cold aswell! Doesn't get much better than this folks!!

Came here for the UFC Fights. Jasmine is a great server, she was attentive and very friendly. The chicken and shrimp basket was tasty and the apple turnovers were amazing!
