Yes to the amazing chicken fried steak, no to the dreaded veggie burger. Best joint in the East mountains, good beers, nice folks.

Service is prompt and the food is good. They used to have outdoor seating but the past few times they have just had them stacked up. I will check again next time and see if it could have only been put up for the winter season.

We go to Green Side often! The service is always friendly and excellent! We have always had a great experience. All of the food is great- the Friday chowder is awesome and they have a great selection of local draft beers!

The menu is one where you could pick anything and not go wrong. I could recommend the brisket tacos, chicken fried steak, or the fish and chips.

The chicken enchiladas were really good!

Wow! You want to eat here!!! If you are looking at Google reviews to find a new place to eat- this is the place you need to visit!!!! We visited based on other reviews and I’m so glad we did... I had the chicken artichoke (great if you like bitter goat cheese and artichokes like I do- I couldn’t get enough of the sauce! ) my fiancé had the Sangre de Cristo sandwich and both were delicious- he’s picky so this was astonishing. Our waitress Tiana was AMAZING so nice, so knowledgeable and such a pleasure. About 20 minutes in, we got to talking to the table near us who couldn’t stop raving about the Chicken Fried Steak so when our guests arrived about 40 minutes later we insisted they order the chicken fried steak.. they both did and they 1. Loved it and 2. both had leftovers. Our Creme Brule dessert was mouth watering . Absolutely my new most favorite restaurant in the East Mountains. I can’t wait to go back and when I do, I hope Tiana is my server!
