RibCrib BBQ

Rib Crib is a mixed bag of awesome and not so awesome. Yesterday was awesome. The meal was well prepared and by mistake they got crinkle cut fries in their shipment instead of the normal fries ( that are eh) but these were great! Wish y’all could make them the norm. Ok enough about the fries, ribs, brisket and hot links….. oh and onion rings were perfect. Service was very good and attentive.

AMMENDED REVIEW: We stopped by here on Saturday, got Jay as our server, was not to thrilled with his service, he did not offer a drink refill when my husband's food came and his glass was empty, we had to call him back to the table in order to order a dessert. He just seemed like he wanted to get us our bill and get us out the door for the next group of people. We stop here every year on our way to and from Carlsbad. The food is very good and plentiful for the price. The peach cobbler is heavenly, I just love it! Aimee, our waitress was very helpful, nice and attentive

I haven't had Rib Crib catfish in over 3 years. Two pieces was not enough. My fave catfish. I think that I can replicate it at home, because Rib Crib is nowhere near my home. It was hot & crispy & the fish was tender!

The food was below average, overpriced in small quantities. The corn on the cob was obviously frozen with no flavor and not sweet, coleslaw bland and not creamy at all. You can keep your pickle .The brisket was not well smoked, pulled pork dry and where the menu says rib..it is one bone... If you're ordering ribs from the menu, it lists how many bones but the combo platters only say rib, meaning one bone. The only picture I have for you is the guy that stood behind us trying to impress the waitress bragging about all of his exploits throughout our whole meal. She doesn't look thrilled.

New favorite! This food is amazing! We had ribs, sausage, pulled pork, a hamburger with brisket, cheese and fried pickles, a variety of sides…. Everything was wonderful. Freshly prepared, pleasant service in a nice casual atmosphere. We will be back soon!
