    If you ♥️ the history of the West, this place is a must stop! The restaurant was awesome! The food was great! Our server Sarah was wonderful! And the margarita was excellent!

    Food was delicious, and reasonably priced. The mac and cheese warmed my soul. Very fun to browse around too, excellent restoration, tons of art and history on the walls.

    Lambert’s has beautiful decor, old time panache, and a rustic flair of the west in Cimarron. The food is tasty and comes out of the kitchen quickly. Our waitress was pleasant and quite happy. This is a must if you find yourself in Wheeler Peak area.

    4 of 5 of us had steaks. They were just ok. Not flavorful enough. Tenderness was OK. I had the scallops. Very good. Tender and tasty. Could have had 2 more.
