During our few-day stay in Carlsbad, we visited Guadalupe Mountain Brewing Company twice. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating; we chose to dine inside. For our first visit, we ordered a couple Coconut Stouts and we shared a delicious Big Mac Panini for a late lunch. For our second visit, my husband tried the Shift Change Creme Ale with a Big Mac Panini and I had a Sandia Cider Watermelon with an Antipasto Salad. Both days we were very pleased with our drinks, meals, and the excellent service we received. Thank you, Guadalupe Mountain Brewing Company!
Everything you want & expect from a local brewpub slinging great beers, pizza and service. From a former brewery owner who knows, 5-stars across the board fam. Cheers and God bless!
My husband and I visited Guadalupe Mountain Brewing Co after a day of exploring at Carlsbad Caverns. After hiking around the area, a slice of pizza and beer (and hard cider) really hit the spot! The alcohol selection was vast. The pizza was delicious and the service was really quick.
This place was pretty busy. Inside all the tables were taken but there was outside seating (side patio). They had a plexi-glass shielded patio area with fans (misters would have made a huge difference if they had any) for the out door seating. It was 100 degrees outside but in the outdoor seating area was bearable.
We had 2 different types of pizza and the extreme the nachos. We took home the pretzel and a ham sub sandwich. All these items were amazing! The dough to the pizza was top notch. The cheese for the nachos and the pretzel was beer cheese! Remember ordering your items drinks were separate. Defiantly recommend just keep in mind it gets busy!
What a cool New Mexico brewpub. We’re road-tripping from Texas and rolled into town starving. Went straight to GMBC and found a picnic table on the patio perfect for our family of five. The Green Chile Chicken Pizza should not be missed. Delicious. Friendly waitstaff to boot. Try this place if you’re passing through or staying a while. We’ll be back.
