Little Caesars Pizza

The interior looked “old and tired.” It was peak rush hour on a Friday night so I can’t fault the pizza from being prepared behind schedule. But the best part of the experience was the pizza maker kid in the back realizing I had been waiting up from for about 10 minutes never being acknowledged. He came up, asked my name and checked on my pie. He said it would be a couple of minutes. As my pie came out, he gave me a “head nod” acknowledging my pizza was ready and quickly brought it up. He was doing his job, yes, but in that moment, he owned the problem. That’s a leader in my book!

I was in the drive thru and they had a long line so I went ahead and called store to place my order. The line was moving along at a descent pace but by the time I got to the window my food was fresh hot and ready right out of the oven. For them being busy and being short staffed the employees got my order out prompt. Good customer service, food came out hot fresh and fast and it taste amazing. Thanks lil Ceasars.

This place is great for quick pizza. The service is great, and I have no issues with my order. I wish their was another store to eliminate traffic and long wait times. Will continue to buy pizza for my kiddos.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - T-Mobile Tuesday deal for a Slices-N-Stix for $3 so decided to try it! It's a pizza with half made into a pepperoni pizza and the other half into Italian Cheese Stix (bread with Italian spices and cheese). The pizza was actually really good as it was soft and cheesy. The bread sticks were better than their crazy bread in terms of texture and flavor as well

Ambience: 2/5 - ordered online for pick up. There were random party strings attached to the door. The place where customers stand in was clean and neat but it was chaos behind the counter. Not sure why there was a pizza on the floor but the oven started alarming and some smoke was coming out. Several workers were scrambling on the other side and random patches of flour were in the ground as well....

Service: 5/5 - the Pizza Portal had a note of wait for door to close before it would allow us to take action. However, no doors were open in the front and we couldn't get past the message. The cashier was handling all the craziness happening in the store and addressed us as soon as he could. He was able to grab our pizza from the back of the portal and a crazy sauce for us

Value for price: 5/5 - great price at $3 for the meal so super worth it as it was quick and tasty
