Pizza Inn

Went on Saturday night 6:30pm, pizza was old and cold. Was there for 45 minutes, never put out a pepperoni pizza. All pizzas on buffet line were mixed, pepperoni and pineapple, potatoes and bacon bits for example. Not very good, the only positive was the waiter, helpful and friendly.

Buffet is stocked all day. Salad bar stocked all day. 4 tvs. Pizza to go. Delivery or drive thru. Sometimes they have enchiladas pizza 😁

While traveling from Texas, I recently had the pleasure of eating at this location. Food was delicious and service was excellent. Our server, Natasha, was great. She promptly and courteously serviced all the tables while we dined. We also enjoyed a nice conversation with her once the other customers had left. She is a wise and professional young woman who will accomplish much in life. We also appreciate the professionalism of Wayne. He appeared to be short staffed but easily handled the demand without any problems. Great place and people! If I'm ever in Carlsbad again, I'll definitely be eating here! ❤️

The pizza here is generally very delicious. The crust is buttery and there’s always a generous helping of cheese and topping(s).

This time however, it wasn’t as good. The crust was burnt, the large sizing we ordered was smaller than usual and there wasn’t the generous helping of cheese as usual! It was fine, but just not as good as it could be.

One more thing, and don’t get me wrong on this. I understand how people can be busy at these establishments and how much time it takes to make food. But when you’re standing at the checkout waiting for your online order after 20 minutes, it gets kind of annoying. I mean, some workers looked directly at me and still went on with their business. Idk. It was just not very convenient.

Other than that, I have had no other problems with this place. This was only one bad experience and I’m not going to base my future of ordering from here on just one bad experience.
