Island Noodles of New Mexico

My friends and I loved the food - one vegetarian and two teriyaki chicken. The flavor was amazing and we all loved the ratio of veggies to noodles (even in the chicken ones). I saw a few reviews saying it was too heavy on the veggies but we personally loved the amount as they added to the flavor and made the dishes more dynamic. Will definitely go again. ❤️
Edit to add: my friend reminded me that she saw them slicing some of the veggies directly into the saute pan - talk about fresh!!

Friendly staff and delicious noodles. Loved how they had an option for vegetarian/vegans. The bowl was super filling and mine was a perfect mix of noodles, veggies and chicken. Would definitely eat here again.

We went and got two vegan noodle and one teriyaki noodle. Mine had a good taste the vegan was ok. The complaint I have was the vegan one had more vegetables than noodles wish it had more noodles. The teriyaki was also lacking the noodles. For 15 bucks I think it’s over priced for not serving what they sell. The service was good and it’s made freshly but like I say for no noodles on there food and being served more vegetables for 15 is not worth it.

Fast great service and OMG the noodles. I’m vegetable-obsessed and usually not a fan of teriyaki chicken but it was DELICIOUS! I’ve literally been thinking about this dish since I’ve had and now I’m on a mission to recreate it!

They tasted delicious and the service was great! We were done skiing and starving so we wanted something fast and to go! These noodles did not disappoint! The flavor of both the chicken and noodles was excellent, also very filling. The water is a must try too!
