    We got a roasted corn on the cob and an Elote de Vaso. I got the Elote de Vaso with the works. The lime went well with the Chile, and the butter and mayonnaise gave a creamier texture.

    This place is for sure a must stop while you are in Ruidoso. This is the elote I’ve been searching for. It was so delicious. The cucumber cup was good as well. The person serving me was so friendly.

    This is really good! We just got regular corn and it was delicious. We ate half of it before remembering to take a picture.

    Love Rosa’s! It’s always packed but worth the wait!! If you get a chance please stop here and get some delicious corn or one of her other snacks, there’s always cold drinks too!!
