Definitely a step above the majority of the so called Mexican restaurants in the Southwest .
Food is delicious, portions are comparatively small.
Staff, cook and family/owners/operators are all really nice, and genuinely concerned with your satisfaction level with the food served to you. Totopos (chips),are made on premises.

This mexican restaurant is incredible ! The tacos de nopal (cactus) is so fresh and an explosion of flavors. Their mole is out of this world! Do not miss it! Highly recommended !

This was my first visit and enjoyed the location, atmosphere and most importantly.....the food. The food was very flavorful....went on a Taco Tuesday and sampled all the various meat tacos. Chicharrone taco was my favorite followed by the pastor and the red chili tacos. Nice presentation and very flavorful. The only issue was service.....due to short staffing and it being very very busy during lunch. Staffing issues seem to be widespread post pandemic so taken in stride and hopefully can be overcome in the very near future. Definitely will be back.

Perfect place to stop by after a hike. The mole tacos were delicious, especially in blue corn tortillas. Highly recommend the red salsa, we took 2 for the road. Staff was friendly and accommodating with our dog as well. Would return!

Tasty, fresh Mexican food. Plenty of options for everyone, including several vegetarian dishes (soy tacos, calabacitas tacos - my favorite - and a unique cactus and mole dish). Great chips and guacamole. My husband enjoyed his steak as well! Nice ambiance inside and friendly staff at this family-owned restaurant.
