The food @ the Iron Skillet was lightening-fast in delivery & top notch service. The wait staff even gave the chef my feedback, which was a great job on a fantastic Southern Tradition, eggs over medium. Thanks so much! Thanks!

(January 5, 2022, 3:34 am)Who'd have thought that a restaurant inside of a TA truck stop would be really good? This one was!
I got the southwest buttermilk chicken sandwich. The fried chicken on it was crisp, the bacon was crisp, the veggies on it were fresh. My fries were cooked just how I like them, a little crunchy but not too much. Everyone else with me loved their burgers they ordered.
Our server, Johnny, was very nice and very attentive. Gave us his thoughts about different food choices in a helpful way, and made sure to ask if we wanted anything added to our meals (condiments, onions, etc).
If we ever roll through this part of New Mexico again, this will definitely be on our list of stops. -

(October 27, 2021, 3:42 am)It was fine. Food was typical Travel / Truck Stop food. Our waiter was polite too. Very efficient, & was passionate about his job.
