Belle's Urban Deli

I visited Belles Urban Deli with high hopes, given its connection to Lily and Liam's. The location was easy to find, and we were promptly seated. The Brie Babies and fresh side salad were enjoyable, but I was disappointed by the Short Rib Hoagie. The meat lacked seasoning and flavor, and there were too many fatty pieces. The red potato salad fell short with undercooked potatoes and an overwhelming amount of mayo, lacking other ingredients or seasoning. Despite the promising start, the portion sizes left us hungry, prompting us to search for more satisfying options. I hope Belle's improves its dishes, as I would consider revisiting them in the future.

Quaint little place tucked into an art gallery in beautiful Corrales. Note :Don't trust apple maps to get you there, FYI, it is accessible form Corrales Rd. We planned to go here for lunch on a Friday since my SO and son are on vacation. I had seen several recommendations on the "Albuquerque Foodies" FB group. We checked the limited menu before we left and has settled on the Short Rib offerings, We were seated promptly and there were a few folks in the restaurant. The young server was very pleasant and efficient. There were a couple of specials that were not on the menu, Chicago Beef sandwich and two soups Cauliflower Bisque and Turkey Chowder. When it was time to order I asked for the Short Rib Hogie, and was politely informed that the did not have short ribs today. This was the first disappointment. So my attention turned to the special, Chicago Beef sandwich, my SO decided on the cauliflower bisque and my son ordered the Turkey Hogie. We were served quickly, the Beef sandwich was OK, nothing special with a side of Sam's club chips and a of pickled vegetables (cauliflower, carrots and what I assume are house made pickles ,). SO was served her soup with a side salad at the same time, so that by the time she finished the salad the bisque, really a was cold. The Turkey Hogie was again,just ok nothing special served with the aforementioned chips and a few paltry slices of avocado. Considering that the menu is somewhat limited, it was a disappointment that the very thing that drew us to this spot was unavailable. Hopefully they will hit their stride soon. Lunch for 3 with tax and tip was 60.00.

This is new business as of November, they opened about 4 weeks ago. The dining room is bright and simply finished, there is an outdoor patio. Sandwiches were good and served with a small side salad. Coffees were good rather than excellent, this is not a specialist coffee shop, though could be better at the price. I shall be back to this relaxing spot, there is also an art gallery on site.

Interesting place, it may be a studio/gallery connect /part of restaurant? You can sit outside enjoying your food too.

Absolutely outstanding. The Caprese sandwich and the Croque Monsieur were perfect, incl. the wonderful bread. Service was prompt, lovely and very attentive. A superb option in Corrales and so much better than the tired Flying Star.
