India Palace

This family owned and operated restaurant is located adjacent to a large parking lot. The service and the food were excellent. I hope they get a liquor license soon so that guests can enjoy an Indian beer with their Indian food. The food was at a spice level that will suit most people, though I am certain that people who want their food spicier can request that.

Hidden Gem near Santa Fe plaza!
This place is not along the main street, you need to walk slightly off the main street to reach. However once you are there, its absolute blast. We were in Santa Fe for few days and found this place on our last day and I am so glad that we did. If you are craving for Indian food, this hidden gem is not to miss. We had lunch buffet. It was great. Good variety and great taste. We chatted with the waiters, owners and also met their chef. We had a great time chatting as well as eating!

P.S. Don't plan a long drive if you going to have buffet here ... I can guarantee, you gonna eat a lot! ;)

This restaurant is under new management since January 2023.
The reviews since then are excellent as they should be! The staff are very accomondating. Thurba, the host, is a gracious young man and very welcoming.

Comfortable setting. Luncheon buffet here was awesome! Includes (crispy outside/soft inside) naan. Saag paneer, vegetable korma, pakora, dahl, butter chicken, tandoori chicken, potatoes/eggplant, zucchini squash, etc with all the trimmings were on buffet. Great table service with frequent water and naan refills. Tasty chai tea ( with refills) to top it off made this a really great meal. 👍 Thank you.🙏🙏🙏🙏

This restaurant has gone through some tuff times. First vandalized then Covid. Glad to see the owners made it through. A good place to eat when you you get tired of southwest food. The Buffett is mainstream. I like a little more taste and they can deliver the taste and heat that you may crave by ordering off the menu .

I recently visited an India Palace and was thoroughly impressed with the overall dining experience.

The restaurant had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with colorful decor. The menu was extensive and offered a wide range of options, including both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. I decided to try the chicken tikka masala, which was cooked to perfection and had a rich, flavorful sauce. The accompanying rice and naan bread were also delicious.

In addition to the food, the service was top-notch. The waitstaff were attentive and knowledgeable, and they made sure to check in on us throughout the meal to make sure everything was to our liking.

Overall, I would highly recommend this Indian restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning in the future.
