Staff was friendly, attentive. The black tonkotsu ramen was very filling, noodles were AMAZING. Seriously. High quality stuff. The broth was fantastic, I added spice to mine. The pork was so tender I could stick a chopstick through it. The black garlic gave it so much depth. Time to go back.

Takoyaki was delicious, I'd recommend it. Gyoza was okay, more Korean style. Ramen was good, would've liked butter as an option add. Also, having a special tonkotsu/miso mix would've been awesome too!

One of the most authentic ramen places in Santa Fe. Restaurant is clean, staff are friendly, food is delicious at reasonable price. What more could you ask for?
