Panda Express

The place was good, we had a "family meal" I didn't even know it was an option until today. The staff was friendly and very helpfu. The only problem was the location was very smelly like sewage.

Placed an order online waited for over a hour. They texted us that our order was cancelled. Called them to ask why. They said someone else picked up our order by mistake. So they cancelled us. But they didn't care enough to call us about getting our order replaced. Haven't eaten yet! Guess I'll call a more reliable restaurant. No more Panda Express for me!

There's always a line of around 15 people but the experienced staff moves quickly and the wait isn't too long. The food is always fresh and delicious. I don't think this location takes online or phone orders so if you want Panda in Santa Fe you've got to wait.

Usually a busy place but this time it was almost empty and there was no wait so maybe inflation/ high prices have limited their business. Friendly staff. Food tasted fine. Restaurant was clean. Wanted to use their bathroom but they are locked and apparantly you need a code to enter and there were no instructions how to obtain a code or how to access their bathrooms.
