Craftsmanship and quality...Santa Fe is lucky to have Chef Randy. Keep an eye out for his mobile unit too! I think he's working Tumbleroot on Agua Fria lately.

Delicious and gorgeous Poki bowls picture speaks for itself they have gluten free options.

May be able to make stuff vegan or vegetarian..but you probably need to ask.

When it comes to Chef Randy Tapia of Poki Tako, precision is the name of his game. He incorporates Asian Fusian Bowls & TaKos.

He is the first in Santa Fe offering the Art of Poké. His menu has something for everyone. If you have a special needs diet, let him know and He will work with you on whatever you need.

But you better come correct because he is there to take care of you. I trust Chef Randy at his location currently near Harley Davidson near the Santa Fe Place Mall.

Call your order in ahead of time if you can, and if you are on a short lunch consider something faster, which is most non sit down places but the food is pretty good.

The Bulgogi is awesome but is far as a “tako” than in the bowl. In fact stick to tacos in general probably. The Poki Tako came in a fried wonton shell and both came slathered in masago (the green fish eggs) which is something you can’t get most other places, so bonus.

The Mango Habanero chicken bowl was good and flavorful but where was the habanero? Mildest mango habanero sauce I have ever had, though some people will enjoy that.

I will be back for the takos but I don’t think I will be ordering any more bowls, as the sushi rice was a bit strong (and plentiful) and the meat a but sparse for $14+ the Takos are worth it if you like masago, but if not… you may not be a fan.

Overall pricy but tasty and not fast by any means.
