“The fastest tacos on the block. Tripe tacos are a delicacy these days, and El Kochi Loco leaves you more than satisfied with the most epic crunchy, but tender, tacos with the traditional cilantro and onion toppings. The red and green salsas are a great compliment to any pork fixings you choose. This place is definitely all about those craving for good pork and hot food. They're super fast and friendly even during their busiest times. I love the Tamarindo jarritos, but this time I had to go with the bottled sangria. Looking forward to another visit very soon. Very convenient to those passing through town, or the busy locals who crave for some good old traditional Mexican food, served blazing fast.”

“Outrageous! If you're a foodie, you just have to go here. Authentic Mexican Grilled Chicken. Soooo good. Come check it out. You won't be disappointed. Prepare to sharpen your Spanish, however. Was a bit hard to communicate. But the food speaks for itself.”

“We had the beef tongue, beef intestine and the Al pastor tacos one the first day. The tacos were all soooo good that we planned a special trip the next day for their quesadillas! We tried the Gringer, it was awesome! We finished everything with our thumbs up. I love the salsa rojo! Highly recommend this food truck!”

“It's a small place, and it seems, from the other reviews too, normal to have only one person waiting tables like there was for me. Not the end of the world, things take a bit longer but I wasn't horribly inconvenienced by it. Food was alright, salsa was spicy and that was probably the best thing I had. The chicken fajitas were tasty, but not mind blowing. In general, I don't regret going here for dinner on one of my only two nights in town on a work trip, but I also wouldn't come back another time.”

“Wonderful experience with Lupita, the cake designer! She made the most delicious and beautiful tres leches cake for our 3 year old daughter's birthday. It was more than we asked for an amazing price and best of all so fresh, she added a layer of fresh strawberries in the middle of the tres leches...wow!!! She is so talented, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Lupita for a perfect birthday cake! We will definitely be returning.”

“Great tacos in the authentic style, cilantro and onion. 3 tacos, plus rice and beans was $11. Woofed them down before I even got a picture. 2 steak and a chorizo, excellent. Served with a bit of slaw and radish. Quality at a competitive price with so many other options around.”

“Overall good place, tasty tortas. They were out of a few things on the menu - they didn't have machitos Juarez style which is one of the reasons I visited. $10 for a Cubana torta which was pretty good and a good size but comes with no fries. Nice service too.”

“Gigantic tortas that are packed with flavor. I can usually eat a lot but was only able to eat half.p The red salsa they gave with my al pastor torta had a nice spice to it. Head to head, the carne asada tacos between Birrieria y Taqueria Flores and Manny's - more cilantro and onions at Flores, better meat at Manny's (less fatty) but better rice and beans at Flores”

“Wonderful flavors from an unassuming food truck. We got the quesa birria tacos and the carnitas tacos. The birria was delicious and went extremely well with the consume. The freshness of the pico on the carnitas tacos really lightened the meal. We'll definitely be back!”

“This food truck is delicious! Santa Fe is pricey, so expect to spend a bit more on food, but it is worth it! The food portions are big too! So you’ll have tasty left overs. I ordered tacos Al pastor and my brother ordered the Torta Cubana. Service was fast and friendly. They have diet friendly foods also. 10/10 recommend coming here. Thank you Fusion Tacos for the experience.”

“Got here, ordered a spicy pork burrito, drove back home and ate it. Discovered that it’s the best burrito we’ve ever had. Drove back, and got another burrito. As a tourist we will not be back soon to Santa Fe, but this burrito will stay in our mind.”

“We enjoyed our lunch here. The steak meat for thr fajitas was very tender & flavorful. The kids enjoyed the chicken flautas, my partner got the caldo de res and felt it could use a little more flavor but it was perfect for a cold day. Their agua frescas were delicious. We will definitely be back.”

“**update** sopes are great too! To get here, turn north on Thomas, access is only over here.** Oh man, I was drawn in by their 🍎... the food was wonderful. I’ve been working my way down airport, eating at every food truck. This is the first I really loved, I had a huarache with asada. Fresh, huge and tasty. The woman running it was super nice, the food took a few extra minutes but it was so worth it. I shouldn’t have eaten the whole thing, I’m stuffed. I’ll be a regular here. Look at this beast! Yum!”

“Some of the best bbq around! Friendly guy, great customer service and delicious mesquite smoked bbq. The wife had a brisket sandwich. I had the full platter. Oh man was it good. Last time I had bbq this good I was in Texas and Oklahoma City. The ribs had a great dry rub, not too much pepper or salt. The sausage was perfectly smoked. The pulled pork was nice moist as well as the brisket. The baked beans were on point, sweet but not too sweet. The potato salad was delicious as well. It had nice big chunks of onion and olives. I’ll try the coleslaw in the future. By the way, he said he may start having the extremely rare to find burnt ends.”

“The food, staff, and location are great! The only reason why it’s less than five stars is because the bartender interchanged one of the bourbons we requested with something else, and we happened to be sitting in the bar area to see it. The bar selection is great, but the bartender needs to be able to tell the difference between bottom shelf and aged bourbon, especially when selecting an expensive neat pour. Great selection of oysters, very fresh, and the pate was some of the best we’ve ever had, definite kudos to the chef!”

“This is delightful setting with a view of Santa Fe, nesed between the museums on Museum Hill. The enchiladas were rich and flavorful. The meatballs were tasty and complex, with a beef-onion soup base and lots of vegetables. All in all, a very nice lunch.”

“All the food was awesome the carnitas where cooked perfectly with a crunchy outside and soft juicy inside. Salsa was incredible. Everything was seasoned in a way that taste like home on a fork. This is the kind of restaurant that makes it difficult when traveling, because you won't want to try any other place. Great place to try or try again!”

“Such a hidden gem! From the main street it doesn't look like much, but once you enter the ambiance is amazing. The crepes, sandwiches, and pastries were all amazing and I'm sure the rest of their menu is as well. If we ever return to Santa Fe we will be sure to come back here!”

“Absolutely LOVED dinner here! Everything was so good! The atmosphere is dim and quite. We started with the onion rings which were hot and delicious. I got the Portuguese pasta and it was amazing. Tons of great things in there with a modest portion of pasta. The mussels were SO yummy. My counterpart had the French onion soup and wedge salad. She kept saying it was one of the best salads she has had! It was my birthday and they gave me a dessert in the house, which made my night! I would absolutely recommend eating here if you are in Santa Fe!”

“We have a party of 10 and the service was exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the halibut special and it was cooked to perfection. Chef Steve Lemon went out of his way to make our Christmas Eve experience wonderful. It’s really a family affair. His wife Sarah made sure we had a great experience and their son Truitt was helping to serve and he’s such a helpful young man and totally gets customer service. All of our food was incredible. The pizza, the meatball appetizer the soup the halibut lasagna. We left the experience so happy we chose to spend Christmas Eve at Pranzo. If you’re in Santa Fe, go. You will love it.”
