“Got here, ordered a spicy pork burrito, drove back home and ate it. Discovered that it’s the best burrito we’ve ever had. Drove back, and got another burrito. As a tourist we will not be back soon to Santa Fe, but this burrito will stay in our mind.”

“We enjoyed our lunch here. The steak meat for thr fajitas was very tender & flavorful. The kids enjoyed the chicken flautas, my partner got the caldo de res and felt it could use a little more flavor but it was perfect for a cold day. Their agua frescas were delicious. We will definitely be back.”

“**update** sopes are great too! To get here, turn north on Thomas, access is only over here.** Oh man, I was drawn in by their 🍎... the food was wonderful. I’ve been working my way down airport, eating at every food truck. This is the first I really loved, I had a huarache with asada. Fresh, huge and tasty. The woman running it was super nice, the food took a few extra minutes but it was so worth it. I shouldn’t have eaten the whole thing, I’m stuffed. I’ll be a regular here. Look at this beast! Yum!”

“Some of the best bbq around! Friendly guy, great customer service and delicious mesquite smoked bbq. The wife had a brisket sandwich. I had the full platter. Oh man was it good. Last time I had bbq this good I was in Texas and Oklahoma City. The ribs had a great dry rub, not too much pepper or salt. The sausage was perfectly smoked. The pulled pork was nice moist as well as the brisket. The baked beans were on point, sweet but not too sweet. The potato salad was delicious as well. It had nice big chunks of onion and olives. I’ll try the coleslaw in the future. By the way, he said he may start having the extremely rare to find burnt ends.”

“The food, staff, and location are great! The only reason why it’s less than five stars is because the bartender interchanged one of the bourbons we requested with something else, and we happened to be sitting in the bar area to see it. The bar selection is great, but the bartender needs to be able to tell the difference between bottom shelf and aged bourbon, especially when selecting an expensive neat pour. Great selection of oysters, very fresh, and the pate was some of the best we’ve ever had, definite kudos to the chef!”

“This is delightful setting with a view of Santa Fe, nesed between the museums on Museum Hill. The enchiladas were rich and flavorful. The meatballs were tasty and complex, with a beef-onion soup base and lots of vegetables. All in all, a very nice lunch.”

“All the food was awesome the carnitas where cooked perfectly with a crunchy outside and soft juicy inside. Salsa was incredible. Everything was seasoned in a way that taste like home on a fork. This is the kind of restaurant that makes it difficult when traveling, because you won't want to try any other place. Great place to try or try again!”

“Such a hidden gem! From the main street it doesn't look like much, but once you enter the ambiance is amazing. The crepes, sandwiches, and pastries were all amazing and I'm sure the rest of their menu is as well. If we ever return to Santa Fe we will be sure to come back here!”

“Absolutely LOVED dinner here! Everything was so good! The atmosphere is dim and quite. We started with the onion rings which were hot and delicious. I got the Portuguese pasta and it was amazing. Tons of great things in there with a modest portion of pasta. The mussels were SO yummy. My counterpart had the French onion soup and wedge salad. She kept saying it was one of the best salads she has had! It was my birthday and they gave me a dessert in the house, which made my night! I would absolutely recommend eating here if you are in Santa Fe!”

“We have a party of 10 and the service was exceptional. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the halibut special and it was cooked to perfection. Chef Steve Lemon went out of his way to make our Christmas Eve experience wonderful. It’s really a family affair. His wife Sarah made sure we had a great experience and their son Truitt was helping to serve and he’s such a helpful young man and totally gets customer service. All of our food was incredible. The pizza, the meatball appetizer the soup the halibut lasagna. We left the experience so happy we chose to spend Christmas Eve at Pranzo. If you’re in Santa Fe, go. You will love it.”

“We came for a weekend away. Now we have enjoyed Santa Fe so much . Would highly recommend the trip out here. We loved it here . It’s small but they seem to make it work. The food was delicious. We ordered the ribs , fresh ceviche and the salad of the day which was kale in a vinaigrette. Every thing we tasted was amazing . Our server Ernie was attentive and always there to fill our drink orders. We would definitely recommend stopping in.”

“This was a great place to hit up for lunch. They had a variety of options. I ordered a vegan burrito and wow. It was this massive roll of veggies, it was delicious. My friend had some tacos that she really enjoyed. But overall the people were very kind, the food was great, it was easy to find and it was affordable. I would definitely come back when I visit Santa Fe again. Plus there is a dispensary right across the street.”

“Some of the nicest people in fast food. I go there twice a week. Always amazed at the smiling faces despite such a hard job and probably lower pay. Keep up the good work. I would give 5 stars but sometimes have to ask for ketchup and mustard for fries. :)”

“Pretty standard Vietnamese. Large menu, sometimes all items are not in stock. Pho broth is well balanced, sides fresh and they do not skimp. Pork egg rolls are very tasty and crispy. Service good. Recommended.”

“Really professional staff here. The prices are pretty good too. The portions are pretty okay as well. Not a huge place, but it had decent seating. It is a good place to get some casual food. The margaritas are great and I recommend the chicken enchiladas.”

“Heard great things about this place and the good was good. Service also excellent. I had chicken and waffles, very tasty. The waffles were a bit crunchy/oily on one side, maybe the oil they used in the waffle iron. The chicken was lightly breaded and juicy. We also had the burrito- very large and tasty. The drinks (latte, Mexican hot chocolate) were not hot enough. Still 5 stars for overall great place.”

“I would absolutely recommend eating here as they have amazing, spectacular tasting food. I am not just saying this because they have been on an episode of Triple D. We have been to other places that have been on Triple D and they were not that great. This place is wonderfully great however. We went two days in a row because it was that good, and we wanted to try other food from there. I wish that I had tried the pizza while in town, but hopefully next time I will.”

“OUTSTANDING FOOD & SERVICE, AND MY VOTE FOR BEST FOOD TRUCK IN SANTA FE! Executive Chef Ever Paz (Formerly Executive Chef of Santa Fe's historic El Farol restaurant) now offers exceptional food (and generous portions) to his customers at his bright red El Sabor Spanish Tapas Food Truck at 518 Old Santa Fe Trail, Santa Fe, at the intersection of Paseo de Peralta (right across from Kane's neighborhood grocery store and Capital Coffee). Ever and his wife are both from Central America and bring authentic Latin American Spanish Cuisine with the quality and flair one expects in a fine restaurant. Since my first visit here, over a year ago, El Sabor has become my favorite food truck--and favorite restaurant as well. Other patrons must agree because El Sabor became one of the top-rated Santa Fe food trucks within months of opening. Ever and his wife Anna are gracious hosts. My favorites are their ribeye skewers, shrimp tacos, pastrami Reuben (pictured) and their chicken tortilla soup--loaded with chicken, tortilla, veggies, and fresh avocado (pictured). El Sabor Spanish Tapas is also available for catering and for special events. Review by Daniel Williams, NM Actor, Writer, Filmmaker, Teacher, & Photographer”
