“Delicious chorizo breakfast burrito and shredded beef torta! Located in vacant lot next to Piccolino, lots of parking spaces. They were very friendly and service was quick. Came on a recommendation from a friend and also was featured in The Santa Fe New Mexican. Couldn’t believe they weren’t on Google so created a listing for them :) nowhere to eat so took it to go.”

“Really glad that they are now open in Eldorado. We are not exactly taco fans, so it’s great that they offer a quite diverse selection. I’ve never had Birria, therefore I tried their Ramen Birria which came with two Quesabirria. It was very tasty, satisfying and fulfilling. My companion had Cheese Quesadilla and Caesar salad with steak. Both were very nice. The only issue was the plastic fork and knife were just not strong enough for the steak. The people who worked there were all very warm and friendly. We always appreciate that. Some of the items on their menu seem creative. I’m looking forward to trying them next time.”

The Manager is the most gorgeous person EVER - always has the best/most positive attitude as soon as you enter this establishment. Not to mention to the positive/inviting attitude of ALL staff - from bartenders to the cook(s). Everyone has always greeted me (from day 1) with the biggest smiles & the best energy imaginable. “Busy for a grand opening but the line moved along. Has been a long time since visiting a Lotaburger. The burger was very good and fresh. Had green chili on my burger and was pleasantly surprised with the heat and flavor!! The tenders were also fresh and hot. The breading on the tenders is a bit thick but still delicious. Ordered the seasoned fries and they were fantastic!!!! The strawberry shake was also very delicious. Glad to have this option here and look forward to many more visits.”
