    The reviews from last summer were not flattering. We decided to take a chance. The service was top shelf. The food and wine list was divine.
    This restaurant would fit right in, in Santa Fe. Taos has a culinary gem, I hope they appreciate what they have. Ask to dine next to the fish tank.

    We went for drinks, as all of our usual places were full. The drinks menu add some new additions, and the Negroni I had was delicious, but quite strong. We shared a hummus plate that was good. Just know this is by far the most expensive place in the Taos area for drinks.
