    Guadalajara Grill In Taos, New Mexico. Have The Most Authentic Mexican Dishes, Very Good! We Stopped For Lunch, Great Customer Service, The Restaurant Looks Very Clean And They Also Have Outside Setting Area, We Enjoyed And Will Be Back Next Time When Around The Area.

    I wanted to experience the New Mexico cuisine and had the Relleno and Burrito combo. I also had the "Christmas" combo of green/red chili sauce. You stand in line, place your order, and it's served quickly. A must try!

    Fantastic as usual. If there is a line, it is worth the wait. Went to the north Taos location today and had the carnitas plate with a side of chips and guac. Nephew has the beef taco plate. Delicious. I recommend this, in either location when I am in Taos.

    Very delicious food, and the dining environment is very lively. Thank you to the waiter of the hotel where I live for introducing this restaurant to us. We are very satisfied with the food. If you are unsatisfied, you need to line up to order, and there are many people in line. In addition, CHIPS AND SALSA is not a gift.
