    Great place service was very friendly. And the food was amazing. I had the biscuits and gravy come with eggs,potatoes, and bacon. My girlfriend had the breakfast enchiladas. The sauce was tasty. Highly recommend 👌 Veteran owned.

    That was probably the best Denver Omelet I've ever had. The potatoes were fair at best. The red chili was great with the omelet and ya cant go wrong with a side of sour cream.

    Longbow is a great locally owned and operated diner. The staff is wonderful. The owner is amazing. The food is fantastic. Burgers are huge. Enchiladas have a great flavor. I always ask for the shredded beef because it tastes amazing! Don't forget to get the peach cobbler...OMG.... So good. Best part? Veteran owned and operated as well. Show the love and support not only local....but a local Vet.

    Great Mom and Pop diner in Belen. Temperature of restaurant is perfect. Simple but sweet all the way around.Kind and attentive service. Food was excellent as was the price. Highly recommend if in town.
