    It' s nice to see a different concept for a speedy food option for having a filling yet healthy meal without the effort and for a good value.

    You choose a base for a bowl, I always get spring mix. You then get to choose between a variety of proteins, vegetables and dressings. I love the grilled chicken with balsamic dressing.

    Staff is professional and quick as well. Angelo is a wonderful guy. If you're in the AMC or Albany Law neighborhood and you want to eat healthy this is a must go.

    Very clean. Prices are great, employees could learn to have more food etiquette.

    This place is a hidden gem, perfect place to to if you want Italian food fast. The food is easily 5 star, the only reason I do not give this restaurant 5 stars is due to the high prices. The portions they provide are huge, but be prepared to spend at least $15 per person.
