    Best Panera Bread I've ever been to in the entire country. Food, cleanliness, service, atmosphere--everything is spot on. Serves as a model for all Panera locations.

    Okay. Wow.
    I am here because my four year old is having surgery. I am a mess I can't even tell up from down.
    I was welcomed with patience and kindness but Rachel I believe to maybe be a manager?
    Came over talked to me encouraged me, brought me a pastry and asked what Judah wanted for after his surgery and then proceeded to bring it over to me so he had yummy food when He was done.

    The service was above and beyond.
    The food of course was perfectly tasty, speedy and accurate

    I had a very nice cinnamon bun here and it was delicious. The service was fast and friendly. They have handicapped parking and restrooms. It is convenient to many Albany Medical Center doctors offices at 50 New Scotland Ave. I stopped in for breakfast before an appointment. It's accessible from the 40 New Scotland Ave Parking garage. I had a great experience.
