    We were so happy to find a Ben and Jerry's on such a hot day! Location is pretty small and you can't see the tubs of ice cream to help decide on a flavor...but it was still good and the employees were friendly.

    I just tried this place this year and the ice cream is excellent; best ice cream I have ever tasted. There are many whacky flavours and waffle cones. The waffle cones are delicious.

    Omg!! So I was there yesterday with my toddler and had to wait near an hour for our guest meanwhile the host was listening to beautiful southern oldies I mean like Jeannie Seely oldies..it was soothing then a cute all black lab walked in had ice cream and didn't want to leave!! It was super cute!!!.... I love this spot and its hospitality!!! Near the metro area of Albany near Washington park and Albany medical... its perfect!

    Great service and amazing ice cream. A little expensive, guessing because it's downtown. Open late and don't go by Google's hours. They ARE open Sunday and Monday!
