El Mariachi Restaurant

We eat here regularly, but this review is for their catering/take out. We had about 40 people at our house and had ordered trays of enchiladas and chicken for the event. The staff was very professional, and easy to deal with when we placed the order. When we arrived to pick up the food they carefully placed everything in our car. And the food was fantastic! Great flavor! Overall a great experience, and super easy way to feed a hungry crowd at my event.

El Mariachi could accommodate a party of 14. The waiter was great, the food was excellent, and the prices were quite reasonable. My only complaint is that it was a bit louder in the restaurant and was harder to have conversation. Overall, a great Mexican/Spanish restaurant. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Prices were fair and the portions were pretty big. The complimentary salsa was one of the best salsas I've ever had. I would definitely eat here again

An excellent restaurant in downtown Albany. They have an extensive menu with choices to please any taste including vegetarians. Service is always attentive and fast. If it's a nice day, opt for the outdoor seating. And if there's a wait for a table, wander over to Capitol Park to check out the Capitol building, the reflecting pool and of course The Egg!

Not what I would call authentic Mexican food, but very good nonetheless. On street parking which can be limited and if you want to eat outside (which I totally recommend) then you should make a reservation. The place is always clean and my experience with the staff has been great. Delicious food and drinks, nice dining atmosphere and good prices. This is a great place to eat with family and friends.
