Great atmosphere and menu selection. The food was delicious! You either order at the counter or scan an app on your phone. I loved that all four of us could order separately on our phones but it somehow knew we were all part of the same party. Very cool concept! Your food is brought to you and any speciality drinks but if you want water or coffee you get it from the counter. We had a great time and will definitely be back!
I am so happy this is in downtown Albany! Breakfast and lunch all day, delicious ingredients, nice staff and a very cool looking place to hang out, even though I did take out. The all day burrito was fabulous! I want to try everything on the menu!
We went opening weekend so the place was hopping. Definitely be sure to make a reservation, it was an hour wait. Since it was opening weekend, understandable they had a few issues like running out of menu items and wait time for food service BUT all of it was worth it for the meal. The flavors they pack into the crepes, using fresh local ingredients, you can taste the difference. The Johnny Crepe was incredible! Big fan! I loved the Breakfast Burrito with a scallion crepe. Free (stacks) coffee refills which is always a plus. The staff were friendly and eager to please. The Skinny Pancake is a great addition to Pearl St and the Downtown Albany area. Can't wait to go back.
Went there for lunch on a Friday afternoon. It was very busy (reservation recommended) but we lucked out b/c a table was just leaving. Everyone was SUPER friendly from the host, to the cashier, to the person who brought our food and cleared our plates. I ordered a sweet crepe (yummy) and a side of bacon which they even asked me how I liked my bacon cooked - crispy, extra crispy or chewy (really nice touch as so many places totally don't give you bacon cooked the way you want). I'll definitely go back, and maybe reserve a spot since they're new, busy and working out the kinks.
Crepes were pretty great and were reasonably priced. Purchased 7 sweet crepes (mixed variety) for about $55. I personally had the Jaffa Crepe which was incredibly indulgent. I'd probably ask for less chocolate in it next time, though, but I can see others loving it as is. And there will be a next time. The space is cozy and the building itself is incredible (the Kenmore). I am glad this is in Albany. We need more variety.
