I can’t believe I’ve waited so long to review Chee-Bog. Since Chef Champ has opened, we’ve been customers. Fresh, great tasting food ! He takes great pride in his product and it shows. He is a one man show at the moment so if you have to wait a few extra minutes for your fresh, hot food, then so be it…it’s well worth the wait ! We try to try something different every time and have not been disappointed at all !! Thank you Champ for bringing your Filipino culture and cuisine to Cohoes !

This will quickly become a regular take out place for us. Highly recommend! The portions are large and everything was very good.

It is delicious! Got the sausage and ube bun. Thr sausage is sweet and it pairs so well with the creaminess of the eggs over easy it comes with. It also comes with garlic rice which just has tastie as well.
Order early because they sold out of the stake while I was there.

I've been a customer since Champ was hosting popups. He's continued to provide amazing Filipino food ever since. It's sweet and garlicky and savory all at once, and so delicious. My wife (who is from Manila) and I love everything we've had at Chee-Bog, highly recommended.
