Never disappointed with the selection at this restaurant! The salad bar is incredible, and the nonstop meats coming around are delicious. The servers are very attentive to your needs and will cook anything to order. Whether a casual date night or a small event, I've had great experiences with both size parties. And, definitely don't pass up on the dessert menu!

We've been to Texas de Brazil many times and have never once been disappointed. The Salad Bar is absolutely TOP NOTCH and the quality and selection of the Flame broiled meats are OUTSTANDING. Cooked to juicy perfection and literally served right to your plate. The wait staff is always friendly and attentive. Being at the Crossgates Mall....there's plenty of parking available. The pricing makes it more of a special occasion type place at about $45 per person for the meal. Desserts are killer as well and are an additional charge. So, for around $100 you can buy yourself a really nice Dining experience you won't soon forget. We highly recommend this restaurant.....(like you wouldn't have guessed that)

We especially loved the house special sirloin and the lamb but all of the food was excellent, as always. I personally love the cinnamon sugar pineapple cristalized by cooking it over the flame. Yum. We had 10 family members there for Mothers Day dinner and the staff was great. Friendly and helpful to everyone. 10 is a big table and hard to manage, but they really go out of their way to ensure everyone has a great experience. As it was Mother's Day the restaurant gave everyone a free desert. This is definitely one of my family's favorite restaurants. We have eaten here many times over the years. For special occasions or just a night out for the food fix. Because once you've had Brazilian cheese bread,fresh out of the oven, you're gonna want to go back for more; so yum! Then there's the meat; cooked and seasoned so perfectly how can you resist going back again. The food and service is always excellent and well worth the price. It may seem like an expensive meal but it's such a fun experience, for young and old, and the quality and quantity of the proteins choices provided by the skilled gauchos and the wonderful appetizers, salads and side dishes make for a glorious, delicious and memorable evening, and if that's not enough, remember it's all you can eat. Food is delicious. Are going to pay a hefty tag multiple people to eat. The salad bar is not heavily focused on actual vegetables. For someone who is a vegetarian $34 for the salad bar isn't worth it. I also wish they had more side variety options but if you're a meat lover this is the place to be. I would definitely recommend the sirloin wrapped in bacon and the Brazilian sausage. I had one of their specialty drinks which was also delicious. My server was very knowledgeable and offered many suggestions. Overall it was a good experience and I would go back.

We and my twin sister was brought here by our uncles to celebrate our birthday. The food and staff was amazing. My background is in restaurant and hotel management and property inspection. I would Give this establishment 4 thumbs up if I had two sets of hands. My party and I were Attended to and very pleased. The food kept coming and each staff member was pleasant. We tried the cold and hot bar. Not one complaint. We informed server of the temperature of wellness we would like and he did not disappoint. This is now one of my twin and so go to spots. We will be back weekly. Simply amazing. Keep up the great work. Yum ????
