“Went for the first time today with a group of co-workers. We had made a reservation because we were 9. The staff was attentive, courteous and professional. They kept the garlic pita bread coming as we were ravenous. The food was good. Most everyone enjoyed their meal. The chicken BBQ pizza was delicious. The calamari was lightly breaded and perfectly fried, so it did not feel like you were chewing gum. The place is small so get ready to become familiar with those around you. Nice place, not pretentious and you feel like one of the family. The only drawback is the parking or lack thereof. Would go again.”

“Everything’s great here. They have gluten free, vegetarian and (maybe) vegan options. All food is great anyway, along with the frozen yogurt. Waitstaff is friendly and are easy to work with. Amazing for kids, and after school days (Mon-Fri) (3:00) the place does get filled up with loud(er) middle and high school students. Other times it does get pretty crowded, and therefore seating gets tight.”

The sauce has the right amount of tang. The cheese has amble amount of salt. Overall not too greasy. Thin crusted New York style. However I must admit, slightly more "flop" than I appreciate and can use a bit more crisp. Best cheese slice in Morris Park, but Captain's pizza has the best chicken vodka slice.”

“I just came home from ordering a suggested meal, their El Chapo (image provided. There is avocado missing, but they doubled on the ground turkey). Excellent suggestion, great tasting food with quality ingredients. It is freshly made, and looks amazing. I have also had a few of their shakes. They are made fresh, and the taste perfect no matter the day. My favorite is their “Nuts Over Oats” vegan protein shake. They also have regular whey protein as an option, and the same proteins in your shakes are available in shop to purchase. Friendly staff, clean place. It’s like my little secret gem in the Bronx, and close to home.”

“Place was dead at 1pm on a Tuesday. We were the only table present, shy of a pick up order. Minestrone had many mushy and flavorless vegetables in it, most likely indicating a lack of freshness and quality. The tricolor salad was decent, and seemed fresh enough, but not sourced from quality locations, as I've had much more flavorful arugula from even cheap supermarkets. My lunch buddy said that his Tortellini soup was absolutely flavorless. House bread is actually fresh and quite tasty. Prices aren't half bad, but you get what you pay for.”
