“As far as service , it was good ! Friendly and got my order together right away. So i gave it three stars cause of the service . Food wise unfortunately not par , steak and cheese sub was dry and didn’t have much flavor . There wasnt enough in the sub it’s self . Skimpy on everything to be honest . I would post a picture if i could . Im from Buffalo NY, I have high expectations for food, and this was not to to even minimum standards on any level . Unfortunately this will be the first and last time i eat there but i wish them the best . There is room for improvement!”

“This new restaurant, within Auburn's Holiday Inn, looks modern and classy but serves up nothing-special food. I ordered my burger well done, and it was well done. But so were the other two burgers at the table, which were ordered medium and medium rare. The fries were clearly the kind that comes frozen, and the burgers were mostly mediocre, with cheap soft buns. Mine, the Farm Fresh (without the grilled peppers) was the best of the bunch, and it was pretty good, though the burger patty was thin and had broken in half. Our server clearly hadn't been trained and seemed a bit spacy. But after a couple of initial missteps, like failing to mention the specials, he was quite attentive. We ate from 1 to 2, and the place was empty except for our small group and one solo diner. At the beginning, for some reason the lights kept going out for a few seconds at a time. I think the staff was trying to figure out the light switches, from what little I could hear. The booth seating is unusually low and the tables are slightly high, so I wouldn't recommend it to shorter people. Also, the booth seats aren't secured to the floor, and ours kept sliding around as my husband moved.”

They also supply paper plates, napkins and cookies for the kids! This makes Parties so much easier on Us Moms and the Pizza is always Hot, Ready and Fresh! “My son, sister and I eat dinner at Applebee’s for her birthday. The gentleman server who started our table was super nice and professional, he ended up having to leave for his Break and Trisha ended up taking care of us. She was awesome at clearing our plates and asking if we needed refills. My son ended up spilling his soda every where and she was right there to help clean up the mess! They both did a awesome job and the 3 of us will be back, and next we’ll take the kids cup with a lid that he offered us ???? awesome job guys and keep up the good work!”

“I have been here many times and have always been pleased with the food and the service. Not sure what happened this visit. Took 45 minutes to get our appetizer and 15 minutes later got our meals. Charred fish in the fish tacos and obviously frozen mixed vegetables grilled/charred with some not edible. Didn't complain because I was starving at this point. Not the usual service and willing to try again.”
