“This new restaurant, within Auburn's Holiday Inn, looks modern and classy but serves up nothing-special food. I ordered my burger well done, and it was well done. But so were the other two burgers at the table, which were ordered medium and medium rare. The fries were clearly the kind that comes frozen, and the burgers were mostly mediocre, with cheap soft buns. Mine, the Farm Fresh (without the grilled peppers) was the best of the bunch, and it was pretty good, though the burger patty was thin and had broken in half. Our server clearly hadn't been trained and seemed a bit spacy. But after a couple of initial missteps, like failing to mention the specials, he was quite attentive. We ate from 1 to 2, and the place was empty except for our small group and one solo diner. At the beginning, for some reason the lights kept going out for a few seconds at a time. I think the staff was trying to figure out the light switches, from what little I could hear. The booth seating is unusually low and the tables are slightly high, so I wouldn't recommend it to shorter people. Also, the booth seats aren't secured to the floor, and ours kept sliding around as my husband moved.”

“My son, sister and I eat dinner at Applebee’s for her birthday. The gentleman server who started our table was super nice and professional, he ended up having to leave for his Break and Trisha ended up taking care of us. She was awesome at clearing our plates and asking if we needed refills. My son ended up spilling his soda every where and she was right there to help clean up the mess! They both did a awesome job and the 3 of us will be back, and next we’ll take the kids cup with a lid that he offered us ???? awesome job guys and keep up the good work!”

“When we first walked in we were happy because it was very slow at the time and we could just walk up to counter. Cashier was pleasant and quick and employees seemed kind and friendly and the egg sandwich I had was made right then and delicious. However when finding a seat for two I noticed that every table was filthy. Crumbs, stains, wrappers on every single table and booth. I eventually gave up looking and found one less dirty than others and wiped it down with a napkin. Lucky I would never let my food actually touch the table itself. The whole 45 minutes we were there only as we walked out did anyone come to clean tables. I wish I had my son's wipes with me but it's silly to need that at a place of business. I understand that fast food gets busy but I do wish the manager would make the lobby cleanliness a priority. But I do enjoy the food so I will be going again. (hopefully to a cleaner environment)”

“Stopped in on 5/31/19 at 8:14am. Restaurant # 8132. Server Lisa Roth. Fantastic breakfast. Everything was cooked perfectly. Eggs were nice and fluffy, bacon was crisp but not burnt. Lisa the host and waitress was polite, friendly, fast and professional. My order was quickly taken and in no time at all my breakfast was delivered. Lisa did a great job in welcoming me.
