Completely surpassed my heightened expectations!???? DELICIOUS burgers!! All 3 in my party ordered something different and loved it. Extra points for making their own condiments and natural sodas. Quirky, comfy, classic diner decor. Our server, Katie, was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Come on a weekday to miss the crowds, we were seated and served very promptly. The kitchen had our food hot & ready in minutes. You can even buy their fine local meats packaged for home prep. Plus they have a nice soundtrack streaming from the jukebox.????
My friend and I had cheeseburgers and the homemade birch beer. Everything was delicious! The burger was cooked perfectly (medium) and the french fries were delicious. The only thing I wasn't completely in love with was the homemade ketchup. It wasn't bad, just not as excellent as the rest of the food.
Good burgers, but a bit pricey for a small town in farm country. The lamb burger was outstanding and I know it's lamb so price is not a factor for that sandwich. But the rest of the menu is not far from that. I've now had 5 of their variations and loved each one. Along with providing a good beer selection of local brews I can say this place is great but I wish is was a little cheaper for a burger.
Great Hamburgers!!! The meat is fresh and you can leave it a bit rarer than normal restaurants, it tasted very fresh. Good items on the bun, many choices of cheese, mushrooms and sauces. Many of these items are made or grown locally.
The shakes were great, they did not have many choices on the day we were there, but the one we got was very good. it was very thick, and good milk was used. We needed a bigger straw, their shakes are thick.
