    Wow what delicious salads and pastries! Had the salad trio special consisting of corn pumpkin, cucumber (spicy!) and tomato pecan. A welcome addition to our little town, can’t wait to try more.

    Listen ... they’re putting on the finishing touches and they’re gonna be open soon.
    But lemme tell you ... Big shoutout to Matt and Lauren who offered me shelter from the thunderstorm today ... my wife and I are moving to Hudson and I truly feel the hospitality and just general kindness for a stranger’s well-being. I can’t wait for this spot to be open ... it is going to be Great! And it’s right there at the Amtrak Station in Hudson! Business is gonna be BOOMING! Thankx guys! You ?!
