“Hollow is an absolute gem in this gem of a town. Whether you are passing through on a ski vacation or a local, they treat everyone with great hospitality. The food is excellent and well priced. The sweet potato is my sleeper favorite though the duck fat potatoes are famous for a good reason. Whenever the Pork Curry is on the menu, I make it a point to visit. Recently we enjoyed the radishes with home made bread and butter. Fantastic! The wine list is superb and the coffee shop is always serving up new and inventive treats. So grateful they chose Delhi to open up their truly cozy and delicious business.”
