    Delicious. Authentic Nicaraguan food comes within the state of New York. From the cacao to quesillo, soooooo gooooooooooood - perfect maduros!! Vigoron was beautifully presented and flavors and textures were out of this world. The pinchos with that salsa - omg. Love what they’re doing here can’t wait to come back.

    We went to the Hudson Valley Food Hall for Mother's Day and sampled all different food. We were happy that we went to El Nica. We had the Tostones Rellenos. They were flavorful and delicious. The gentleman who worked there was very patient and explained everything to us in great detail. He helped us with our choice and we look forward to returning soon and trying everything on the menu.
