Absolutely delicious food prepared on the spot by the owner, who pours her love for Mediterranean cuisine into each and every meal. I try and go here at least once a week since located on the heart of Main Street in Beacon. The perfect place for both locals and visitors alike. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in the region. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it writing this review. 10/10

(January 18, 2022, 8:22 pm)The food is delectable and matches the the people who serve it. Best fresh hummus hands down, and chicken (just shaved to cook) fajitas and eggplant. A definite purposeful return is on my mind when I think of Beacon.
