Food and service BEYOND compare. Not staunchy or stuffy. If this is the future of food our culture will survive !
It’s a really nice restaurant. Presentation and service was really good. Hake was really good and cooked perfectly. The short rib was way over cooked and very dry. There was plenty of gray around the outside but was a bit salty. They did a great job with the Table Side Ice Cream dessert for two.
I was a bit turned off by the short rib ????
This restaurant is wonderful. The students have trained greatly to be here and it shows. The food just made me Happy.
My son and I chose to eat at Bocuse while visiting The Culinary Institute of America. The service was outstanding and the food was extraordinary. We both had the black truffle soup with puff pastry. I had read reviews complaining about a lack of truffles in their soup, not in our case. The soup was loaded with truffles and was absolutely wonderful. Definitely recommend it. Also had the swordfish, which was cooked to perfection as was my son's poached turbot. Desert was also delightful. I highly recommend Bocuse for a fine dining experience and plan to return often when visiting the CIA.
