(February 20, 2019, 12:45 pm)I may be a bit bias on this review as I graduated from this amazing institute back in 1989. Everyone I come in contact with makes me feel so good, I was told " welcome home" by many I interacted with. Anyway the selection on the menu is amazing considering most if not all of the staff in the kitchen are students. Service and food where outstanding and a great deal $ if you select the 3 course price fixed menu.

(February 13, 2019, 1:33 am)Fun experience sitting at the counter in front of the wood fired brick oven watching the chef prepare pizzas. The watermelon, arugula & ricotta salada salad was perfect. Our margarita pizza was crisp & tasty.

(February 5, 2019, 6:55 pm)Lo ove the atmosphere here. The students are fun to speak to and hear their stories and plans. The dishes are inventive and very tasty and then some classics as well.
