“Excellent pizza and cheese garlic bread!!! Tried it for the first time yesterday and WOW, were we impressed with the delicious pizza (perfectly made thin and crispy crust) and incredible garlic bread (homemade bread)! Will be going back, repeatedly I’m sure. They have different choices on their menu, options I’ve never seen before. I think we’ll be ordering something from their menu tonight. Mouth-watering, quality food. Highly recommend!”

“Traveling upstate to visit friends,passing through a small village called Salt Point NY ,looking for a stop off to grab a bite to eat,happened upon this cafe salt point cafe and market.Decided to give it try and turned out to be phenomenal,It was a deli,pizza and regular market home goods and shop,Usually I would not be impressed at all,but I have to say a great array from breakfast to lunch to dinner which is served all day and evening,this little hotspot opens at 6am and runs straight through till 8pm in the evening.Have to say the food was excellent the service was outstanding overall a great experience.My wife had the Philly cheese steak wrap,and I had the chicken panini,The food came out promptly and ifrom start to finish delicious,also the fry’s which were homemade also came with vinegar which is rarely found plus it was chef vinegar which as every Irish man knows is the only kind.Overall a great experience great food and promptly served,also an added plus plenty of parking right outside the door.They do have a great range of sandwiches hot and cold also dinners breakfasts,and lunch,plus they carry a really great range of irish products,if you are ever in the area or passing through definitely worth a stop off,to grab a quick bite,or a sit down to have a full lunch or dinner.A little gem hidden in the village of salt point New York”

The real reason for this post is to highlight the genuine kindness of Maurice himself. Today a homeless man entered the store today and Maurice treated him with class and dignity. This man was unable to pay for a meal but without hesitation Maurice gave him a large plate with a few extras to make sure this man had a hot meal today. “Great and friendly service. Waitress checked on us regularly and made sure our water was refilled. The food was really good. The split pea soup had plenty of ham and great flavor. The special eggplant salad was a great blend of arugula, feta, red onion, fried eggplant, and super ripe tomato. My girlfriend enjoyed her quinoa bowl and said the sangria was fantastic. “Simply the best BBQ I have had in this area, and I've lived here over thirty years. On my first visit I had the salmon, delicious, fresh and done to perfection. My second visit was a combo platter, brisket and sausage (spicy), also great. My wife had spare ribs and thought they were delicious, tender and juicy, adding that they had a nice BBQ crust. She loved the cucumber salad (a dish she is very fond of and very particular about). The staff were attentive and friendly and the restaurant was clean and orderly. The menu was simple and all sides are made in-house. Cole slaw was great (always a favorite with me when done right) and the pickled vegetables were outstanding. The bathroom is where I measure whether any establishment is serious about their business. It was clean and well appointed. Both times I and my wife visited we had lunch so I am not sure how busy it gets for dinner but it was an impressive establishment and I look forward to trying all of their offerings.”

“My family loves this place! Everything is prepared fresh so relax... or call ahead of time because it is worth it. These guys will make practically anything you want. One of my children has milk allergies and they always remember. Salads are delicious, pizza is delicious. One of our favorites chicken Scarparielo and pretty much anything else on the menu... give these guys a shot. You won’t be disappointed. BTW grilled shrimp with pesto was what made us fall in love in the first place. Enjoy????”

The margaritas were excellent, you could definitely tell there was alcohol in it. Plus it's the first time at a Mexican restaurant that we've had the waiter buy us a shot of tequila. “I always enjoy a good place to eat at a general aviation airport. Stopped to get gas at POU this morning and went to check out Paula's. Looked like a large amount of people eating there but I was promptly served. Enjoyed their lunch menu and got a 100LL discount with my receipt. Along with the airport being towered (which makes getting into and out simple) this is a good spot for any aviators looking for a $100 breakfast or hamburger in the Hudson Valley”
