Joseph's Italian Steakhouse

This was our first time going back since they had reopened after the fire. My wife and I had gone to Joseph's on new year's eve. Are meals were really tasty and steaks done to our liking. I was surprised that their drink prices were lower than other restaurants and you can actually taste the alcohol without paying for a double. I'll be adding Joseph's steakhouse to our list of places we like to dine out.

If you've never been to their Christmas dinner show you're missing out. It is a fun night with a fantastic dinner. I highly recommend it.

From the moment my boyfriend and I walked in the door the staff was so welcoming. The service was excellent! Food was phenomenal perfectly cooked. We didn't have to wait forever for the food to come to our table our waitress was amazing. For our first time going there I will highly recommend could not be happier experience there. We will definitely be going back again.

We went at about 7:30 on a Saturday night. The decor was very well done, and I liked the music playing in the background.
The food service was a bit slow, but because it was a Saturday night and pretty busy I wasn’t upset by this.
Our waitress was pretty rude and I was not impressed by her service. Maybe she had a bad day, maybe that’s just her personality. Either way, when paying $20+ for a meal you expect better service, bad day or not.
Our meat was also not cooked anywhere near correctly, I had ordered medium-rare, but had received a very well done piece of meat. It was still good, but not the best because it wasn’t what I had ordered.
All in all our dining experience wasn’t the best, but I would be willing to give them another chance if I return to the valley in the future, because everyone has off days.
