We ordered some subs here. Steak and Turkey. The subs were typical Buffalo pizzeria subs. That's good because those are getting hard to find. They were really good and prepared quickly. We went here because we wanted to try something new after Imperial really botched up the parking at their restaurant and didn't bother to add take out parking. Now I have to walk a half mile down the street with my pizza at imperial. Parking here is quick and easy.

I am from Buffalo but moved to another state and order from Abbott every time I’m here to visit. I almost always have good service... once in awhile I’ll have an issue but 9 times out of 10 the customer service is great and the food is awesome. Today when I ordered the man on the phone went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. He repeated my order to make sure he got it right and didn’t rush me at all. He was super nice! When we picked up the food the younger guy at the counter was super friendly and has great customer service as well! Thank you Abbott for understanding how important it is to treat your customers with kindness and patience. It means a lot! My food was also great as usual!
