This was the absolute best meal I've had in years. I have become accustomed to disappointment when dining/ordering out lately and this was the most pleasant surprise! The stuffed meatloaf was cooked to perfection and the taste was the closest I've ever had to my mother's. I will not only be a return customer, but I also intend to tell everyone I know about this hidden gem and to try everything on the menu! Thank you for a truly appreciated meal.

Delicious! Great home made taste and good prices and portion. Wait time is about 25 minutes but it's worth the wait. Hidden gem on Hertel Avenue. Could use a Bigger bolder sign outdoors.

Great food with a southern twist. Their soul food sides are to die for. Loved their shrimp and grits and fish fry. Fish fry had corn meal crust, so a nice paradigm shift when you want a fish fry but don't feel like a regular fish fry. They corn their own beef for reubens, but I haven't tried that yet. Love chicken and waffles, and theirs is decent enough. Celery seed is predominant in both chicken and fish. I am still fantasizing about the meal i didn't order on Valentine's day; red velvet waffles and fried lobster.

So, I should’ve written a review after my first visit here but like this the third time in a row the food has been bomb, so I’m compelled to share how good my meals have been from Brothers. Like I said, I’ve been here 3x and I have had the shrimp and grits, the fried lobster with red velvet waffles (Valentine’s Day special) and oxtail. Y’all. All 3 are a hit. That’s it that’s the review, stop reading and go pick up your plate and don’t forget the dessert cause the cheesecake and rum cake is also extra delicious.

I ordered the mac & cheese, collard greens and oxtail.My food came out delicious and was ready when I got there. They seem pretty busy on a Friday, naturally. Although they appeared busy the quality of my food did not waver and I got a healthy portion. I love seeing small businesses who offer great service do well. I will be returning!
