India Gate Restaurant

I seriously love the food at India Gate! My current favorite is the lamb vindaloo, but everything I've tried has been absolutely wonderful! Beautiful restaurant run by the friendliest people. I am a very grateful customer to be able to support such a great local business.

We were thrilled to learn that India Gate was opening a Hertel location. Extraordinary food, friendly owners and staff, never disappointed! We order takeout 1-2 times weekly. Always get the bhajia for an appetizer--it's the best. Thanks again!

Amazing food! Visiting Buffalo from out of town and had a craving for some Indian food before getting to our hotel. Came across this place and was not disappointed! Great food came with great service too! Food was so delicious I didn't get a chance to take a picture of all that we ordered for the table before everyone scarfed it down. I recommend the Mango Lassi! Ordered two to go cause of how great it was. Would definitely come again when in the area!

After my visit today, this is my new favorite place for Indian food. Beautiful layers of flavor, well-balanced dishes. I believe the breads are a good indicator for the quality of an Indian restaurant, and the Paratha won me over! But in truth we had nothing but positive things to say about everything we tried on this first visit. There will be many more to come... Also, friendly, gracious service, and a parking lot too!
